Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

- Lead and build a high-performing team with clear responsibilities and succession planning.
- Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Provide engineering insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive standardization through SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs, and documentation best practices.
- Use data and monitoring tools (e.g., SPC, KPIs) to identify trends and proactively address variation.
- Champion Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.
- Establish engineering governance systems to ensure audit readiness, traceability, and documentation control.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA).
- Drive safety and environmental compliance through risk assessments, Zero Harm initiatives, and close partnership with EHS.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- Proven background in sustaining operations, Lean manufacturing, and equipment/process troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with both legacy and modern manufacturing systems.
- Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone), FMEA, TPM.
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems, MES platforms, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Minitab).
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
