You are looking for a job in a stable international company where you can start your career, take advantage of training programs and build up your skills step-by-step. Although you dont have much professional experience, you learn fast and are interested in developing in HR because you enjoy working on tasks that support people in their work. 

 

What you will need to get this job: 

  • up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful, but were much more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills 
  • good English – you need to be at least C1 (on the CEFR scale) because youll be using English every day and supporting internal clients in different countries 
  • attention to detail – you need to make sure that tasks are completed accurately 
  • time management skills so that you can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines 
  • a bachelors or masters degree would be useful, but is not essential 
  • spotless record and strong ethos

In your first three months:

  • youll learn the specific HR processes that we perform for internal clients 
  • youll get to know more experienced HR specialists who will share their know-how with you 
  • youll learn how to use the HR system that we use to manage employee data and perform transactions  

What you will do once youre fully trained:

  • support HR processes connected to hiring new employees and managing employee data 
  • use your communication skills to respond to queries from internal clients 
  • cooperate with colleagues in other teams and countries to find solutions to HR-related issues
